Items I found in the pocket of my father's neon orange jacket:
1. A lumpy piece of paper with Chinese characters scribbled all over it. This sheet of paper was carrying almonds.

3. Two Chinese candies with a gold wrapper. Curiously, I unwrapped one and put it in my mouth. It was peppermint. . . or maybe ginseng...
