My GeniusBar feedback:

"I had to visit the Genius Bar the day after this appointment because the problem I originally came in for was not solved. I have been to the Genius Bar an innumerable amount of times in the past, and have never had a problem -- but this was the worst encounter I've ever had with any staff employee. It was crowded in the store, as usual, so I had to wait longer than ten minutes after my scheduled appointment. After the wait, I was rewarded with the help of a rude woman who could care less about my problem: interrupting and talking over me. I could have received more courtesy from a sterilized sex addict."
