Christmas in March

I walked into a Boutique on Third Street yesterday that started playing "Little Saint Nick" by the Beach Boys which caught me off guard but also gave me the most wondrous epiphany (yes, I have them when I am not typing away furiously): YES! Christmas should extend itself by a couple of months :)

Yannan and I decided to take this further into our own hands and construct the stale Christmas chalet Michael bought on sale a few days after (actual) Christmas. We hadn't made it, and I thought it would be a waste to not build it, so we did. This was probably one of the nicest gingerbread houses I've ever built. It had paper for you to tape inside to make frosted looking windows. It was also impossible to devour afterward because the gingerbread was glued onto the cardboard. Mmmmm.....
