I've been getting a lot of (well-received) questions about what the G42 program is actually like, and how I spend away the hours of the day. So, I will attempt to give you a logistical synopsis of my current lifestyle. I live in one of two, soon to be three, intern apartments in town. Each apartment has around ten-ish inhabitants: men and women. Interns come from all walks of life at all different ages. Classes are Monday through Thursday from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 2 hour lunch break in between. We have different instructors each week, alternating between visiting staff and the veteran triad of David Hearn, David Fredrickz, and Andrew Shearman. Each week, lectures have an overarching theme pertaining to life, leadership, relationship, and faith. After classes throughout the week, each apartment has a communal dinner and our instructors come into our homes and dine with us.
On the weekends, we do our assigned chores, keeping our homes clean as well as the Epicentro: our meeting area and classroom. When the work is done, the play begins.
And that's that. The G42 community is small, tight-knit, and personal. We can laugh, cry, pray, talk of God, share a cup of coffee, and truly commune around our banqueting table. I'm learning that true discipleship is faith lived out on a day-to-day basis, with no separation between your "spiritual" self and your "normal" self. I feel challenged daily to grow as a woman of God and to see a generation rise up and live that higher calling that we have always been meant to live.

It sounds amazing.
